Wayne did an awesome job!
When came out, he told me how he was going to replace the damaged glass between the windshield and sun roof. It took him less than an hour, he cleaned up all the glass and wiped down the area around it. Oh yeh, and the price was great. I will start using them for all my car glass needs in the future.

They were amazing. I need two windows replaced after someone broke them and broke into my truck. I called them the next morning, they were at my apartment within 30 minutes and had my windows finished in just over an hour. They even vacuumed all of the broken glass out of my truck as well! Price was right but they blew us off on their appointment day and came the next. Don't tell me you showed up and we weren't there when there's a ring camera tracking the front door.
Otherwise the service was professional and competent. The roofline had been damaged on the car by hood inversion so the new glass couldn't be installed completely until that was straightened, but that wasn't their fault at all

Great communication from my technician Carlos prior to his arrival. Carlos did a great job replacing a passenger door window and he did it quickly. Their mobile service is so convenient, they came to my office during the work day which made it easy for me. Price was reasonable and the guy was very nice. However, there was a sticker under the windshield that they still haven’t come to remove and there is a leak. A lot of water inside after the rain. Waiting for someone to come fix

Not only were they about $200 cheaper than than Safelite, they had great customer service as well. The techs that came out were super polite and did a great job. Mine required calibration on the front camera which they were able to do in my driveway. I will do business with again!

I picked this place because of the great reviews but my experience was not 5 star. I specifically asked to get my exact same windshield only to be told it’s on back order and then talked into getting one that is the exact same minus the fact that the logo won’t be on the windshield. So clearly having the logo means it’s the same windshield. I now have a windshield that looks cheap, I lost my special water resistant glass that came with the original windshield and this windshield has weird markings at the bottom, squares and random lines. I hate my windshield now and regret agreeing to get what they sold me. The job wasn’t done professionally either I had rubber pieces all over in my car, marks on my dash and a knife left on the floor. I had to call them asking if my car was ready since no one reached out. Be careful when selecting a company to use and make sure you get the windshield you ask for.

Let me start by saying, I did not get any work done this time, but this place was recommended by my father in law & his experience for windshield replacement was top notch. I have a brand new vehicle that now has two small chips in the windshield. One right in my visual field/heads up display. I stopped by to see how to get them fixed & hopefully stop them from spreading. The man I spoke to took the time to look at them & explain that they are too small to do anything & he would basically have to make it bigger to help stop it from spreading & I would still see it & maybe see it more. He explained they were so small they probably wouldn't even spread. It is rare to come across a company who doesn't immediately try to sell you something. I 100% expected to be told how expensive it would be to fix.
I'm sure at some point a new windshield will be in my future or crack repair & I will return. Great customer service!

Took my 2009 Toyota Corolla over to Windshields R Us to get my windshield fully replaced due to a crack on the passenger side. My husband and I dropped off my car and while we waited, it took about 45 minutes or so for the service to be completed. The finished product looks great and I’m fully satisfied. Amazing experience, thank you guys! Vulture flew out in front of me and cracked my windshield. These guys came highly recommended by a friend of a friend. Ben was quick to text/call, so easy to work with and pricing was very reasonable. Carlos contacted me & came out next day to install my windshield, took maybe just over an hour. He was so friendly/professional. Let’s hope a vulture doesn’t fly out in front of me again, but if one does, I will use these guys again for sure. Thank you Ben & Carlos!

I have a jeep gladiator and the windshield happens to me more straight up and down than a typical windshield. Unfortunately it is more susceptible to cracking and breaking. I’ve gone through insurance twice with a $500 deductible and then spoke with my chiropractor Jarrett Armstrong, he said use Windshields R Us in Keller, Texas. $288 out the door, amazing! I had a brand new window in 45 minutes. My car is probably cleaner than when I dropped it off. You can definitely tell the pride and professionalism of the technician. Eric Ramirez did a great job and hopefully I don’t have to come back and see him soon, but if need be, I will. Great service!!!

Had a truck throw a rock into my windshield last week. Cracked bad all across the driver’s side. Got it replaced today by Windshields R Us. They gave me a good price, were prompt, only took about an hour to do the replacement, the technician was super nice and they guarantee their work. Highly recommend!

The guy who came was very nice and professional. We ran into a slight problem...if you have a panoramic sun roof let the place know as the windshield will be a different size. He stayed and was completely professional.

Our door window got shattered by someone trying to break in while we were visiting Dallas from Houston. Excellent service, very helpful and kind. I spoke with the owner Ben to set up the appointment and he sent out one of His technicians, Carlos to do the installation. Carlos was fast, efficient, and gave me some tips on taking care of a new windshield to ensure it didn’t develop bubbles or leaks. Absolutely phenomenal service and professionalism. I needed to get my sunroof glass replaced through my insurance. Just to make sure I called ahead of time to make sure they took of the upper liner so they can get as much glass as they could. Razz had told me yes they do take of the upper liner to take out all the glass that had broke. Well when my glass was installed. The technician told me he doesn’t do that kind of work. That he only installs. If you are looking to get your sunroof glass replaced DO NOT use “Windshield’r us”. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with their service. Thanks for taking 2 hours of my time. 0 stars if I could give it on the review.

I drive a Mercedes and leave for vacation in about two weeks in my car. I called Ben Friday and my windshield was fixed on Monday fully replaced right at my work where I didn’t have to do anything extra. They came right to me and where FANTASTIC so quick and easy and were able to calibrate my windshield as well as get me my cars brand windshield it was so quick and clean. They moved all my stickers over so no hassle with reprinting and I was only out my deductible. Couldn’t be more thankful for them and their timely availability to help me right now!!! Thanks Ben!!!!

Did an amazing job for such a low price.
I have 2017 RAM 1500 and market value for my windshield shows not less than 250 dollars anywhere. They came to my house for free and installed new windshield in my truck and my total was not more than 350. Really loved the person who came to do the job for me and love the whole service.

The customer service was top-notch, from getting the estimate, booking the appointment, communication, and then completing the work on-time and with high quality. My son busted the windshield with a basketball, pretty sure the 107 degree heat outside contributed, but Windshields R Us made it no big deal. Very professional. Very punctual. Looks brand new. My technician was Jesus and he was excellent. It was misting outside and needed to pull the car in the garage. Well, the battery was completely dead. He started prepping for the job while I ran to get a new battery. We swapped it out and he went to work. Very polite and thorough. This was my first-time doing business with Windshields R US. I called them because they were close and had great 5 star reviews. My call was friendly and straight forward providing me with a very reasonable quote for the service. Mike was very professional and knowledgeable, which reassured me that I selected the right company, after describing the headlamp calibration procedure. Windshields R US obviously puts customer service at the top of its priority list, and it shows. The entire process took a minimum amount of time, resolving my auto headlamp alignment problem, created by a windshield replacement using another company. First time doing business with Windshields R US. I called them Monday for a very friendly straight forward process to get me a quote. Their price was much better than the two of their competitors. I was informed the technician could come to me for my convenience. I scheduled for today Wednesday in the morning. This morning I received a friendly call from Jesus the Master Technician on site to make the replacement. The whole thing only took about 45 minutes done at my work! These guys were such a relief!! I was having a stressful insurance claim and having trouble getting a new windshield. I was referred here for help. Ben literally swooped in and saved the day. He did not have to be as accomodating and helpful as he was! He made sure I had my windshield replaced so I could get on with my life lol.
