Immigrated to the USA at age 17. I came to this country broke, didn’t speak any English, had no education, and became homeless while chasing the American dream. These life events made me a stronger Latina woman, a solid strategist, and a focused executor. I grew up around my father towing/fixing cars, and I always wondered; why can’t more females not be a part of the auto industry? It felt like it was off-limits! Therefore, since my arrival to the USA, I have been on a mission to open the door for other females who want to be trailblazers in male-dominated industries. I am proud to be a co-founder of Windshields R Us, an auto glass technology shop.
Windshields R Us’ vision is to be known as a trusted auto glass organization within our regional markets. Our mission is the safety of our customers and our goal is to deliver the best quality of service at an affordable price without compromising safety while ensuring the customers’ experience is unlike any other.
Building the right team is at the core of our business. Essentially, our glass technicians are an extension of our brand, so growing their capabilities are non-negotiable. Understanding the consumer is key to our success. I spend many hours studying and analyzing consumers’ behavior while designing our services. In a highly competitive market establishing affordable yet profitable prices are crucial to remaining a preferred auto glass shop; therefore, managing cost without compromising safety protocols is part of the equation of success.

I co-founded Windshields R Us at the cusp of COVID-19. I believe throughout this journey I have learned to pivot without fear of failure while embracing the unknown. I have learned to lien on the power of strong relationships. As a small business owner, it is crucial to be involved in the community, be present and inclusive of all. I have also learned the value of a growth mindset. I am constantly learning how to be a better leader. This mindset crafted my ability to be a stronger entrepreneur. I have learned to be unapologetically different, unafraid of failure. I put myself through college to learn English and have earned an MBA and Law Degree all of which have prepared me to be a stronger female entrepreneur. During COVID-19, I experienced a lot of feelings of uncertainty, but I stuck to my plan and proceeded to execute the required steps to navigate my company during some tough times. Impressively, Windshields R Us grew in a record time.

Windshields R Us provided home service to replace my windshield. They replaced my glass and made all camera calibrations for a reasonable cost. Service was friendly and completed in a reasonable time. No complaints.
Let me start by saying, I did not get any work done this time, but this place was recommended by my father in law & his experience for windshield replacement was top notch. I have a brand new vehicle that now has two small chips in the windshield. One right in my visual field/heads up display. I stopped by to see how to get them fixed & hopefully stop them from spreading. The man I spoke to took the time to look at them & explain that they are too small to do anything & he would basically have to make it bigger to help stop it from spreading & I would still see it & maybe see it more. He explained they were so small they probably wouldn't even spread. It is rare to come across a company who doesn't immediately try to sell you something. I 100% expected to be told how expensive it would be to fix.I'm sure at some point a new windshield will be in my future or crack repair & I will return. Great customer service!

Took my 2009 Toyota Corolla over to Windshields R Us to get my windshield fully replaced due to a crack on the passenger side. My husband and I dropped off my car and while we waited, it took about 45 minutes or so for the service to be completed. The finished product looks great and I’m fully satisfied. Fully knowledgeable and nice folks working there as well.

Another excellent job by windshields r us! They did my Chevrolet 3500 HD about a year ago and today they did my wife's Toyota Sienna with all the electronics and stuff in the windshield and the calibration was done. You can't go wrong with this team!

This is my second time using Windshields R Us. The first was for a chip that was repaired. This time I called about a crack from another rock and needing my windshield replaced. They were out the next day to do the job. They coordinated with my insurance and were in and out within an hour. Highly recommend and will continue to use

This business is amazing. The whole crew at Windshields R Us was very kind and professional. They made sure all of the stickers on my windshield were replaced, and they recalibrated all the cameras on my car. It was also very impressive they put my car in a garage during a massive thunderstorm so that it would receive no hail damage. This is a top notch business!

I have a jeep gladiator and the windshield happens to me more straight up and down than a typical windshield. Unfortunately it is more susceptible to cracking and breaking. I’ve gone through insurance twice with a $500 deductible and then spoke with my chiropractor Jarrett Armstrong, he said use Windshields R Us in Keller, Texas. $288 out the door, amazing! I had a brand new window in 45 minutes. My car is probably cleaner than when I dropped it off. You can definitely tell the pride and professionalism of the technician. Eric Ramirez did a great job and hopefully I don’t have to come back and see him soon, but if need be, I will. Great service!!!

Had a truck throw a rock into my windshield last week. Cracked bad all across the driver’s side. Got it replaced today by Windshields R Us. The guy who came was very nice and professional. We ran into a slight problem...if you have a panoramic sun roof let the place know as the windshield will be a different size. He stayed and was completely professional.

I spoke with the owner Ben to set up the appointment and he sent out one of His technicians, Carlos to do the installation. Carlos was fast, efficient, and gave me some tips on taking care of a new windshield to ensure it didn’t develop bubbles or leaks. Absolutely phenomenal service and professionalism. I needed to get my sunroof glass replaced through my insurance. Just to make sure I called ahead of time to make sure they took of the upper liner so they can get as much glass as they could. Razz had told me yes they do take of the upper liner to take out all the glass that had broke. Well when my glass was installed. The technician told me he doesn’t do that kind of work. That he only installs. If you are looking to get your sunroof glass replaced DO NOT use “Windshield’r us”. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with their service. Thanks for taking 2 hours of my time. 0 stars if I could give it on the review.
I drive a Mercedes and leave for vacation in about two weeks in my car. I called Ben Friday and my windshield was fixed on Monday fully replaced right at my work where I didn’t have to do anything extra. They came right to me and where FANTASTIC so quick and easy and were able to calibrate my windshield as well as get me my cars brand windshield it was so quick and clean. They moved all my stickers over so no hassle with reprinting and I was only out my deductible. Couldn’t be more thankful for them and their timely availability to help me right now!!! Thanks Ben!!!!

Did an amazing job for such a low price.I have 2017 RAM 1500 and market value for my windshield shows not less than 250 dollars anywhere. They came to my house for free and installed new windshield in my truck and my total was not more than 350. Really loved the person who came to do the job for me and love the whole service.
