Wayne did an awesome job!

When came out, he told me how he was going to replace the damaged glass between the windshield and sun roof. It took him less than an hour, he cleaned up all the glass and wiped down the area around it. Oh yeh, and the price was great. I will start using them for all my car glass needs in the future.

Otherwise the service was professional and competent. The roofline had been damaged on the car by hood inversion so the new glass couldn't be installed completely until that was straightened, but that wasn't their fault at all

I picked this place because of the great reviews but my experience was not 5 star. I specifically asked to get my exact same windshield only to be told it’s on back order and then talked into getting one that is the exact same minus the fact that the logo won’t be on the windshield. So clearly having the logo means it’s the same windshield. I now have a windshield that looks cheap, I lost my special water resistant glass that came with the original windshield and this windshield has weird markings at the bottom, squares and random lines. I hate my windshield now and regret agreeing to get what they sold me. The job wasn’t done professionally either I had rubber pieces all over in my car, marks on my dash and a knife left on the floor. I had to call them asking if my car was ready since no one reached out. Be careful when selecting a company to use and make sure you get the windshield you ask for.

Let me start by saying, I did not get any work done this time, but this place was recommended by my father in law & his experience for windshield replacement was top notch. I have a brand new vehicle that now has two small chips in the windshield. One right in my visual field/heads up display. I stopped by to see how to get them fixed & hopefully stop them from spreading. The man I spoke to took the time to look at them & explain that they are too small to do anything & he would basically have to make it bigger to help stop it from spreading & I would still see it & maybe see it more. He explained they were so small they probably wouldn't even spread. It is rare to come across a company who doesn't immediately try to sell you something. I 100% expected to be told how expensive it would be to fix.
I'm sure at some point a new windshield will be in my future or crack repair & I will return. Great customer service!

Took my 2009 Toyota Corolla over to Windshields R Us to get my windshield fully replaced due to a crack on the passenger side. I have a jeep gladiator and the windshield happens to me more straight up and down than a typical windshield. Unfortunately it is more susceptible to cracking and breaking. I’ve gone through insurance twice with a $500 deductible and then spoke with my chiropractor Jarrett Armstrong, he said use Windshields R Us in Keller, Texas. $288 out the door, amazing! I had a brand new window in 45 minutes. My car is probably cleaner than when I dropped it off. You can definitely tell the pride and professionalism of the technician. Eric Ramirez did a great job and hopefully I don’t have to come back and see him soon, but if need be, I will. Great service!!!

I needed to get my sunroof glass replaced through my insurance. Just to make sure I called ahead of time to make sure they took of the upper liner so they can get as much glass as they could. Razz had told me yes they do take of the upper liner to take out all the glass that had broke. Well when my glass was installed. The technician told me he doesn’t do that kind of work. That he only installs. If you are looking to get your sunroof glass replaced DO NOT use “Windshield’r us”. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with their service. Thanks for taking 2 hours of my time. 0 stars if I could give it on the review.

I drive a Mercedes and leave for vacation in about two weeks in my car. I called Ben Friday and my windshield was fixed on Monday fully replaced right at my work where I didn’t have to do anything extra. They came right to me and where FANTASTIC so quick and easy and were able to calibrate my windshield as well as get me my cars brand windshield it was so quick and clean. Well, the battery was completely dead. He started prepping for the job while I ran to get a new battery. We swapped it out and he went to work. Very polite and thorough.
